This small Yue bowl, likely from the Eastern Jin dynasty, is a beautifully understated example of early Chinese celadon ware, produced in the famed Yue kilns of Zhejiang province. Crafted from fine stoneware and high-fired in a reducing atmosphere, the bowl is covered in a smooth green glaze.
